Holyoke High Class of '59 gives honor

HOLYOKE - The Holyoke High School Class of 1959 celebrated its 50th reunion at the Holiday Inn on Oct. 10.

The gathering was part of a four-event weekend that involved a get-together at The Waterfront, a cruise from Brunelle's Marina in South Hadley, the reunion gathering and a brunch at the Delaney House.

One of the highlights of the event was the presentation of the Holyoke High School Class of 1959 Super Knight Award. It was bestowed upon honoree Henri P. Gregoire in recognition of his dedicated interest, care, compassion and concern for the betterment of the lives of his classmates during the 50-year period.
