HUTTON - KOWALCZYK

Nancy and David Kowalczyk, of Wilbraham, announce the engagement of their son Joseph Kowalczyk, of Norwalk, Conn., to Karen Hutton of New Canaan, Conn. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Kathleen and Robert Hutton, of Ridgewood, N.J.

The future bridegroom received both bachelor's and master's degrees in social rehabilitation from Assumption College in Worcester. He is a transition counselor at Ridgefield (Conn.) High School.

The bride-to-be received a bachelor's degree in education from Alvernia University in Reading, Pa. She is an elementary school teacher at New Canaan Country School.

The wedding is planned for July 3 in Ridgewood, N.J.
